Children & Families Network Hub is a community charity based in Stratford, Newham, dedicated to empowering families, improving wellbeing, and reducing isolation through inclusive, welcoming services.
We welcome every family regardless of background, ability, or circumstance. Primarily supporting families from BAME communities, we work to ensure no one is left behind.
From early years support to health and wellbeing activities, our programme is designed around what families in Newham actually need.
Activities and guidance for parents of babies and young children, including play sessions, developmental advice and peer support groups.
Health checks, workshops, yoga sessions and information events delivered with local health professionals to support the whole family.
Community gatherings, celebrations, outings and indoor activities to build friendships, reduce isolation and create lasting connections.
Guidance on welfare, housing, benefits and local services — helping families navigate the support available to them in Newham.
Freshly cooked hot meals and refreshments served at our sessions, ensuring families have access to nutritious food in a warm, friendly setting.
Gentle yoga and physical activity classes suitable for all abilities — improving mental and physical health for parents and children alike.
